"The Technical Services Committee is responsible
for the bibliographic, financial record keeping and acquisitions
aspects of the WNCLN integrated library system. Specifically, the
Technical Services Committee has responsibility for and authority over
all bibliographic, order, check-in and authority records and for the
bibliographic aspects of item records. Issues of display and access in
the WNCLN integrated library system will be coordinated with the
Patron/Web Services Committee and other affected committees."
