The Network Coordinating Council (NCC) will coordinate
and facilitate communication, planning and assessment
between and among both Standing Committees and Task Forces,
review the charges of Standing Committees and assign tasks
to them, provide a forum for the assessment of Network
programs, and recommend annual goals for the Network to
the Executive Committee.
