"The Collections Committee is 1) the nexus for active
information exchange regarding developments in the libraries'
collections, curriculum, research agendas, and/or university-level
initiatives that may bear on the collection decisions
of consortium members and 2) the focal point for cooperative
collecting efforts in order to leverage each of the libraries'
scholarly and fiscal resources to enhance the consortium's
overall collections."
